Sharon Y. Bowen is a director of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) and a veteran financial-regulation and securities lawyer with more than 35 years of experience in regulatory, securities, and public policy matters.( She joined the ICE Board of Directors in December 2017 and also serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), an ICE subsidiary, where she co-chairs the NYSE Board Advisory Council and serves on the boards of certain NYSE U.S. regulated exchanges.( Bowen has been reported in SEC-related disclosures and market data services as a corporate insider at ICE, including recent Form 4–reported stock sales in her capacity as a director.(
