Lucy Fato is a corporate executive and attorney who served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Global Head of Communications and Government Affairs at American International Group (AIG), where she also took on additional leadership responsibilities and later transitioned to vice chair in October 2023.( She joined AIG in 2017 and oversaw the company’s legal, compliance, regulatory, communications, and government affairs functions.(
