Steven L. Martindale is Executive Vice President, Test & Measurement and Electronics at Illinois Tool Works Inc. (ITW), a Fortune 200 global multi-industrial manufacturing company.( He joined ITW through its acquisition of Instron in 2005 and has since led the Test & Measurement platform, overseeing global strategy and operations for businesses that develop products and services used to test and measure the physical properties of materials, structural components, finished goods, and electronic assemblies.( Martindale was elected Executive Vice President in 2008 and assumed responsibility for ITW’s consolidated Electronics businesses in 2011.(
